How to Delete My Twitter/X Account

Are you considering taking a break from X? We understand that sometimes it's necessary to step back from everything happening. Or, if you're looking for a more permanent solution, we can help you deactivate or delete your X account. Simply follow our step-by-step guide for a smooth process.


Account Deletion on Desktop



Access your Instagram account by entering your login credentials.


Click on the “More” button on the lower left side of your screen, and select “Settings and privacy” on the drop-down menu.


Click on “Your Account”, then select “Deactivate your account.”

Step 4: Confirm Account Deactivation.


Enter your password, then click on “Deactivate” to confirm. After confirming, it should direct you to a page telling you your account has already been deactivated.

Step 5: Check the Deletion Status.


To check if the deletion went through, you can log in to your account again, and a message regarding your account deletion should appear. You can also reactivate your account if you ever change your mind.

Account Deletion on Mobile


Step 1: Login to Your Account.


Access your Instagram account by entering your login credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings.


First, click on your profile picture and “Settings and Support,” then select “Settings and Privacy” on the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Navigate to Account Deactivation.


Select “Your Account,” then select “Deactivate your account” and click “Deactivate.”

Step 4: Confirm Account Deactivation.


Enter your password, then click on “Deactivate” to confirm. After confirming, it should direct you to a page telling you your account has already been deactivated.

Step 5: Check the Deletion Status.


To check if the deletion went through, you can log in to your account again, and a message regarding your account deletion should appear. You can also reactivate your account if you ever change your mind.


Note:


Deactivated accounts will be automatically deleted from Twitter/X’s system after 30 days.
